• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond the delivery of AURIC services without your explicit written consent.

How We Protect Your Information

The protection of your personal information is a non-negotiable standard at AURIC. We implement the following measures to safeguard your data:

• All client relationships are governed by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to any service delivery
• All form submissions are processed through Formspree using encrypted HTTPS transmission
• Payment information is processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor — AURIC does not store, view, or retain your payment card details
• Access to client information is strictly limited to authorized AURIC personnel only
• Client identity, lifestyle details, and association with AURIC are never disclosed publicly, shared on social media, or referenced in any marketing material without explicit written consent
• Digital communications and files containing client information are stored securely with access controls in place

Third-Party Service Providers

AURIC works with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data only as directed by AURIC and in accordance with applicable law.

Current Third-Party Providers

Future Providers

We may in the future engage additional service providers for functions such as email marketing, scheduling, analytics, or SMS communications. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect any such additions prior to their implementation. We will never engage a third-party provider that does not meet our standards for data security and confidentiality.

We Never Sell Your Data

AURIC will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose, under any circumstances.
