How does the application process work?
You begin by completing our confidential inquiry form. A member of the AURIC team will review your application and reach out within 48 hours to schedule a discovery call. During that call, we assess your lifestyle needs and place you in the appropriate tier. You are not choosing a package — we are placing you in one based on the answers you provide.
Is AURIC confidential?
Absolutely. Every client relationship is governed by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. AURIC will never reference, post, photograph, or identify you in any capacity without your explicit written consent. Discretion is not a feature. It is a standard.
How do I submit a request?
Once onboarded, all requests are submitted through your designated AURIC communication channel. Requests must include date, time, location, and preferences. Incomplete requests may delay execution. Response times are based on your tier level.
What does AURIC not do?
AURIC does not engage in illegal activity, secure access through unethical means, or guarantee outcomes beyond our control. We do not share our vendor network with third parties and do not offer services outside the scope of your signed agreement.
How does billing work?
Retainers are paid monthly in advance on the 1st of every month via secure invoice through Stripe. All third-party services are paid separately by the client. A 60-day written notice is required for cancellation. Rush or premium sourcing may incur additional fees.
Is AURIC available outside of Jacksonville, FL?
Absolutely! While AURIC is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, we serve clients nationally and coordinate experiences, travel, and vendor relationships globally. Higher tiers include full international coordination and service.
Why does AURIC place me in a tier rather than letting me choose?
Because you deserve to be placed correctly — not just placed conveniently. During your discovery call, we assess your lifestyle, the complexity of your needs, the volume and urgency of your requests, and the level of management your life actually requires. Clients who self-select often underestimate what they need, leading to unmet expectations and frustration. Others overestimate, paying for access they do not use. AURIC places you in the tier that fits your life as it is — not as you think it might be. If your needs change, so can your tier. That conversation is always available.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes. As your lifestyle needs grow, your tier can be upgraded at any time with a new service agreement. Many clients begin at 14 Karat and naturally move up as their relationship with AURIC deepens. Downgrading is also available with 60 days written notice.
